This Weeks Menu

Whats Happening in the kitchen this week:

Savory
Macaroni and Cheese Pie (Gluten Free!): We use delicious organic corn/quinoa pasta, organic cheddar cheese, organic milk and spices.

Burrito Pie: Organic short grain brown rice, topped with local red beans made with roasted green chilis, organic onions, organic cumin, salt and pepper. Topped with organic salsa and a handful of organic cheese.

Thai Pie: Organic short grain brown rice, topped with a green curry made with coconut cream, shiitake mushrooms, onions, carrot, kale, and red peppers.

Sweet
Apple: Organic apples, organic coconut sugar, and organic cinnamon.

Blueberry: Organic blueberries, organic coconut sugar, organic cinnamon, organic lemon juice and zest.

Quiche
Shiitake Sunrise: A layer of organic Shiitake mushrooms, onions and garlic, then the shell is filled with chopped Kale over which is poured the eggs and the cheese.

Broccoli Cheddar Pow!: A layer of onions and garlic topped with tightly bunched broccoli crowns, over which is poured the eggs and the cheese.

Roasted Red Bell Pepper: A layer of organic Shiitake mushrooms, onions and garlic, topped with a layer of roasted organic red bell peppers, over which is poured the eggs and cheese.
